Our feature tamal for this month is La Celia. Named after one of our sheroes and the queen of salsa, Celia Cruz. This tamal is a blend of roasted beets, poblano peppers, and lentils, infused with herbs and spices which give it a smoky flavour, and fresh mozzarella cheese.
